Clean Head Development public hearing scheduling The court set two public hearing dates for development replats on January 27th, 2026 for Portal lot 146R (Ports of Call) and Landings East lots. Public hearing on Landings replat lot 3199R A public hearing was held on the replat of Landings lot 3199R combining lots 3198 and 3199 into a single 2.11-acre lot in precinct 2. Public hearing on Adeley Oaks replat A public hearing was held on the replat of Adeley Oaks lots 4R, 5R, and 6R to revise lot line and utility locations. Invoice certification and vendor payments The court approved certification of invoices for November 27th through December 9th, 2025 totaling $912,3559 and discussed out-of-county housing expenses.
