Dollar General site development plan public hearing A public hearing was convened at 9:29 a.m. to discuss and consider the site development plan for Dollar General at Contrary Creek Edition Lot 1 (3510 Contrary Creek Road). Neighbor testimony on Dollar General project Joanne Clay, resident at the corner of Contrary Creek Road and Blue Bonnet Drive, expressed opposition to the Dollar General development. Project engineer technical response Cody Woodruff, civil engineer with Evolving Texas in Fort Worth, spoke in favor of the project and addressed drainage concerns. Additional neighbor testimony Angela Ebert, a neighbor of Joanne and Al Clay on a country lane near the proposed Dollar General, spoke against the project.
