Elections software purchase—Sock Integra Elections administrator Stephanie Cooper requested authorization for the county judge to sign a purchase agreement for Sock Integra software to centralize poll worker payroll, scheduling, training, and timekeeping functions. Master thoroughfare plan—transportation program development RFQ Commissioners requested the purchasing department to develop a request for qualifications for hiring a transportation program manager for master thoroughfare plan implementation in preparation for a November 2025 bond election. Executive session notice—real estate sale The court will convene into executive session to discuss real estate sale pursuant to government code 551.072 at the end of this meeting. YMCA contract discussion Tina Brown raised questions about the YMCA oversight committee, contract updates, and the original bond intent. Consent agenda The court approved the consent agenda without pulling any items for separate discussion. Development item—Uncle Car's Edition final plat The court approved the final plat of Uncle Car's Edition lots 1–3, block 1, subdividing 6.47 acres into three 2.1-acre lots. Development item—The Landings replat public hearing Court held public hearing on The Landings replat combining lots 3270 and 3270R to create one 3.441-acre lot. Development item—Rancho Brazes replat public hearing Court held public hearing on Rancho Brazes replat combining portions of lots 20, 21, and 22 to create two 3.09-acre lots. Development item—Canyon Creek 5 Unit 9 replat public hearing Court convened into public hearing to discuss replat of Canyon Creek 5, Unit 9, lot 20R; hearing initiated at 16 minutes before 10:00 a.m. Canyon Creek 5, Unit 9 replat approval The court approved a replat combining three lots into one 0.68-acre lot in the water quality district of precinct 2. Landings East replat public hearing and approvals The court held a public hearing and approved three replats in Landings East to remove minimum finish floor elevations from the original plat. Financial expenditures authorization The court authorized payment of county expenditures totaling $563,125.81 for March 25, 2025. Financial reports and bank reconciliations The court accepted monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations for the period March 1–15, 2025. Sheriff's commissary and inmate division audit acceptance The court accepted the 2023–2024 audit review of the sheriff's commissary, inmate, and bail bond divisions' financial records. Executive session on real estate negotiations The court convened into executive session to discuss real estate under Texas Government Code 551.072 and reported continued negotiations with positive progress.
